I understand and agree that RUNColumbus is not a race producer and is not liable for race cancellations, sellouts, injuries, disputes, theft, general concerns, or the like.

I understand and agree that race registration is separate from RUNColumbus registration and is payable to the race organizer.

I understand and agree that my child must complete a minimum of six series races to be eligible for postseason awards. Furthermore, I understand and agree that I must log into the Team Portal within 14 days of each completed race to report my child’s finish.

I understand and agree that my child’s name, image, and likeness may be used in RUNColumbus marketing communications including the website and social media.
