What do you enjoy about being part of the RUNColumbus Race Series?
When I started two years ago it was all about competing, winning and recognition. Now, although I still love the competition, it has become more about the camaraderie and friendships created over the last two years. The way we support each other during races really makes me feel welcome. I like seeing the familiar faces every race (it’s comforting) and meeting new team members.
I like the way the series has grown, giving more opportunities to run a variety of races from large to small, and am looking forward to spending as much time as I can with this group whether it be running or volunteering when I can’t run. The RUNColumbus Race Series is my #1 choice of how I spend my free time.
