Tell us about yourself and your running journey. I started running in my early 20s with the goal of finishing the Capital City Half Marathon in Columbus. I started as a run/walk interval runner and gradually became a more consistent runner over the years. Since then, I’ve completed over 150 races on roads and trails, including 63 half marathons and 7 marathons in 26 US states, and I’m running my fastest times now in my mid/late 30s as the mom of an active toddler. I enjoy pursuing a variety of different running goals and challenges to keep it fun and interesting!

I enjoy reading about running, coaching, training methods, and the science of endurance sports. I’ve written my own training plans and informally coached friends and family for several years before taking the plunge to complete my coaching certification in 2021. Now I work with runners of a wide range of ages and abilities to support them in pursuing their personal running goals.
