Sunshine, crisp air, and a whole lot of energy set the tone for a fantastic morning at The Arnold Pump & Run, 5K, and 5K Ruck presented by M3S Sports in downtown Columbus. With the Arnold Sports Festival buzzing around the city, runners, lifters, and ruckers came together for one of the most unique race experiences of the season.
From the opening lifts of the Pump & Run to the steady rhythm of footsteps along the course, the morning was filled with encouragement, laughter, and the kind of camaraderie that makes our running community special. Some participants came to test their strength and speed, others simply to soak in the atmosphere and enjoy a great morning with friends—but everyone contributed to the incredible spirit that defined the event.
Team RUNColumbus showed up strong once again, cheering one another on through the lifting stations, along the course, and across the finish line.
