Meet Nancy Shoemaker, an accomplished runner with over 20 years of experience and a proud participant in her fourth season of the RUNColumbus Race Series. Alongside her husband, Kevin, Nancy has set an incredible goal to run a half marathon in every state – they’re already up to 26 states with more on the horizon. What keeps her motivated? The smaller goals along the way, including the RUNColumbus races, help her stay focused and on track. The sense of camaraderie within the RUNColumbus community adds to the experience, providing encouragement and support as she works towards her bigger goal. In 2025, Nancy plans to continue her journey, getting in even more states while staying in top shape!
