It was a beautiful morning in Holmes County for the Amish Country Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K!
This race is truly unlike most others—a unique and challenging course that winds through rolling hills, sprawling Amish countryside, and some of Ohio’s most breathtaking farmland. Runners and walkers pushed themselves on the back roads, knowing hot buttered noodles awaited at the finish.
We had a small but mighty showing from Team RUNColumbus, and the encouragement and support for one another was just as strong as the hills on the course. A special shoutout goes to Kathy, who is on an incredible streak—after dropping 8 minutes off her 10K last week, she slashed another 8 minutes off her half marathon time today.
