The Johnstown Mastodon March 5K/10K Run & Walk was a new race on the Team RUNColumbus calendar, and The Biggest Little Race in Ohio delivered exactly the kind of race morning we love.
A welcoming small-town vibe. Live music. Friendly faces. And a tasty breakfast waiting after the finish.
Runners and walkers took to the streets of Johnstown for the 5K and 10K, enjoying a relaxed, community-centered event that felt warm from start to finish. It was the kind of morning where the miles mattered, but the moments afterward mattered just as much.
One of the best parts came after the race, as teammates gathered around the table to share breakfast, swap stories, laugh, and simply enjoy being together. Those unhurried moments are part of what make this community special.
