These Terms of Sponsorship (“Agreement”) outline the commitments and expectations for all sponsors (“Sponsor”) of the RUNColumbus Race Series (“Series”). By confirming sponsorship, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms:

Sponsorship Term: Sponsorships run from January 1 to December 31 of the applicable year.

Renewal Rights: The Sponsor has the first right of renewal for the following sponsorship term, provided that commitment and payment are received by December 31. Failure to do so may result in the sponsorship opportunity being offered to another party.

Sponsorship Benefits: The benefits associated with the sponsorship level have been outlined in the proposal provided to the Series and any subsequent email communications.

Payment Terms: Payment for sponsorship is due in full upon commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Non-payment may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits.

Use of Logos and Branding: The Series is granted permission to use the Sponsor’s name, logo, and brand assets in marketing materials, social media, and promotional efforts in alignment with the agreed sponsorship benefits.

Sponsor Responsibilities: The Sponsor agrees to provide all necessary materials (logos, advertisements, etc.) in a timely manner. Delayed submission may affect the fulfillment of sponsorship benefits.

Termination: The Series reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship if the Sponsor engages in conduct that conflicts with the mission and values of the Series. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Limitation of Liability: The Series is not liable for any loss, damage, or other issues resulting from sponsorship participation, including but not limited to event cancellations, force majeure, or changes in sponsorship benefits.
